We are working to identify all past Sunwater employees who may have been inadvertently underpaid their entitlements. 

Employees who were previously employed under the Sunwater Enterprise Agreement are not affected.

Please be assured that if an underpayment is identified, Sunwater will pay any entitlements owed to you in full, with interest.

As part of the remediation process, you will need to provide some personal information for Sunwater to verify your employment. This will allow Sunwater to determine the timeframe of any underpayment, calculate the amount that you may be owed and once verified, progress your claim.

Sunwater is collecting the personal information you have provided/or are asked to provide (including your name, contact details, working history with Sunwater) and any other personal information Sunwater needs to consider in assessing whether you are owed any entitlements.

Your personal information may be shared with third party professional advisors to Sunwater, including taxation and legal advisers.

If you choose not to provide your personal information to us, we may not be able to assess your circumstances correctly.
